SAP Business One in conjunction with Accellos provides an efficient, streamlined inventory management system to analyse trends and enable supplier purchase orders to be placed at the the right time, bearing in mind stock holdings, rate of sales and lead times. Excess and shortage of stock are minimised as a result.

The system produces a variety of detailed, insightful inventory reports: 

• Item list
• Last Prices - a list of prices last offered to a client
• Inactive items - a list of inactive items in a defined period, which helps companies reduce warehousing costs
• Item Query - This query retrieves item details 
• Inventory Posting list by Item - groups all inventory postings by business partner or item
• Inventory Status - displays warehouse inventories by item in stock, quantity ordered and available quantity. Clicking on an item line executes an open sales order report for the selected item
• Inventory in Warehouse report - a display of all item stocks by warehouse as well as the total balance for each item
• Inventory Valuation Report - evaluates inventory on hand using a variety of valuation methods such as FIFO, LIFO, standard cost, moving average and last purchase price, regardless of the actual valuation method used for transaction postings. It also displays an overview of all items or each individual item in detail. The solution includes a special algorithm that ensures that negative item stocks are interpreted correctly
• Serial number transaction report - a list of every transaction invloving a serialised item
• Batch number transaction report - shows every transaction involvng items assigned to batches
